'Rainy Day' is a reinterpretation of a photo taken at 11:30 pm on the way home from work in the rain. 

I reinterpreted it with my emotions before going to sleep that night. Purple, violet, and blue are the colors in my vein which I use often.

I devote all my days off to make art, but I always feel struggling at some point. But it is fortunate that these feelings of vainness and sadness are helping to mature the work and to collect a better work.

I will continue to do my best in my given life, and you will be able to see where I am walking and what kind of mind I have, through my work always.

'비 오는 날'은 늦은 밤 퇴근 후 집에 돌아가던 어느 비 오는 날 찍은 사진을 저의 감상을 담아 재해석한 디지털 페인팅입니다.

퍼플, 바이올렛, 블루는 마치 제 혈관 속에 각인된 양 언제나 숨 쉬듯 저에게서 새어 나옵니다.

생계를 위해 평일에는 직장에 다니고 있기에 대부분의 휴일을 작업에 할애하기는 하지만, 늘 마음이 허전한 것은 어쩔 수 없습니다.

하지만 이러한 결핍의 감정들이 작가로서 저의 작품을 더욱 성숙하게 하고, 콜렉터로서 더 좋은 작품을 고를 수 있게 하는 원동력이 되기도 합니다.

제게 주어진 상황과 삶 속에서 앞으로도 저는 최선을 다할 것이고 제가 어디를 걷든, 어떤 마음을 가지고 있든 그것들은 모두 저의 작품 속에 나타날 것입니다.
